• Lead and manage multiple residential projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases with a focus on luxury and super luxury residential developments.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance management.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and resource allocation.
