Head Chef- Cloud Kitchen

What you'll do:

• Menu planning and development, with a major emphasis on South Indian cuisine.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen management and operations.
• Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
• Lead staff management and training for the kitchen team.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in South Indian cuisine within a professional kitchen, preferably a Cloud Kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of Chinese and North Indian cuisine is also preferred.
• Expertise in efficient kitchen operations and maintaining food quality.
• Strong leadership skills for staff supervision and development.
