Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Operational Compliance, Mandate Management, CKYC, CERSAI, RMU, and Bureau Reporting.
• Handle audit response with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure process adherence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation and leverage technology to enhance efficiency across operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen operational controls and governance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in Central Operations with proven leadership at a senior level.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to audit responses and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify gaps, implement solutions, and improve processes using technology.
• Should be from NBFC background only.
