Head Accounts

We are seeking a Head Accounts professional to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external auditors. This role requires a professional with an M.COM or CA qualification and a strong understanding of financial planning, team leadership, and real estate accounting principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Reporting: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Financial Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
• Compliance & Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• System & Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Strategic Collaboration: Monitor industry trends and collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, financial forecasts, and investment strategies.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Apply strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, lease accounting, and project accounting.
