• Provide strategies and plans to meet targets and guide teams on achieving objectives.
• Monitor portfolio quality, rotations, and NPA control.
• Ensure balanced growth across various business parameters for planned asset growth.
• Customer Service & Competition Analysis:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to retain and attract clients.
• Analyze competitor products and processes, and suggest customized offerings to relevant product teams.
• Explore new locations for business generation and tap into untapped areas.
