HCM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Develop and support integrations across Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management modules
• Work on FSCM business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Expenses, and Supplier Management
• Develop integrations using XML, XSLT, XPATH, Java, JSON, and SQL
• Integrate Workday with third-party systems such as banks, suppliers, procurement systems, and payment gateways
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across cloud environments
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure adherence to security models, reporting standards, and calculated field configurations in Workday
• Support large-scale Workday deployments and ERP integrations
