HCM: Payroll (US)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday US Payroll including earnings, deductions, tax setup, and payroll processing
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable payroll solutions
• Support integrations between Workday Payroll and external vendors (benefits, tax filing, banking)
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize payroll configurations
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations (federal, state, and local)
• Document payroll processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
