HCM: Core

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core modules: Organization, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Business Processes
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions
• Support integrations between Workday HCM and external systems using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and regulatory requirements
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
