Job Description
- Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations using HCM Extract, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)and REST APIs
- Data Handling: Extract, transform, and load employee data including joiners, movers, and leavers from Oracle HCM to downstream systems like Fusion Finance
- Customisation: Use Fast Formula and OTBI to customise HR functionalities and generate business intelligence reports
- Compliance & Support: Ensure HR systems meet compliance standards and provide technical support for onboarding and maintenance
- Automation: Implement automation tools such as DS.030 configuration extractor and Gen AI-powered patch analysis to reduce manual effort.
- Oracle Cloud HCM (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management)
- Oracle Fusion HCM (HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fast Formula)
- HDL and Web Services for data exchange
- PL/SQL, BI Publisher.
- Experience with REST APIs and XML data formats
- Familiarity with SFTP and PGP for secure data transfer
