Guidewire Billing Center Configuration Developer

Responsibilities

Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Guidewire BillingCenter modules such as billing accounts, invoicing, collections, and disbursements.
• Develop and maintain BillingCenter workflows, business rules, and batch processes.
• Implement and support payment processing solutions, including ACH, credit card, and automated payment plans.

Integration & Development

• Integrate BillingCenter with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and third-party payment gateways using SOAP/REST web services and messaging frameworks.
• Customize PCF pages and develop Gosu scripts to extend system functionality.
• Ensure smooth data reconciliation and consistency across integrated systems.

Testing & Support

• Perform unit testing, participate in system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to billing and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate configurations and code quality.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
