You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to key decisions and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements effectively.
