Job Description

1.Interact with Guests before, during and after tour

2.Analyse Guest feedback and broadcast to all concerned

3.Coordinate with all concerned and resolve issues, if any amicably

4.Take necessary action to prevent the concerns in future

5.your main responsibilities would be to convey information pre tour, attend to queries, resolve complaints and provide accurate solutions.

6.Should be fluent in English, Marathi, Hindi
