Job Description

Responsibilities:

Member Welcome & Guidance

  • Meet and greet members upon arrival at the club in a warm, courteous, and professional manner. Guide members as per their requirements to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.

Information & Assistance

  • Provide members with complete and accurate information using self-knowledge or by consulting the appropriate internal departments or resources when required.

Policy & Rules Management

  • Act as a custodian of club policies and rules related to members. Ensure members are informed about guidelines and that policies are followed appropriately.

Member Communication Ownership

  • Take complete ownership of all member communications, queries, and requests, ensuring timely resolution until the required service or information is provided.

Service Excellence

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and proactively support members to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement with the club.
