Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide upscale guest service experiences throughout their stay.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
- Coordinate luggage collection, storage, and delivery.
- Handle financial transactions and reservations accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including in-room dining and special services.
- Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide personalized services to special guests, including elderly, children, disabled, and VIPs.
- Communicate effectively between guests and staff and ensure follow-up on concerns.
- Inform guests of hotel services, amenities, and programs, promoting all conveniences offered.
