Job Description

Partner closely with product, go-to-market, and finance teams to understand new products, features, and contracts.
Use your knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606) or IFRS 15 to assess the accounting implications of contract terms and product designs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet compliance and business objectives.
Document the Company's accounting positions and communicate them clearly across different organizational levels.
Partner with internal systems and engineering teams to drive automation of accounting processes.
Evaluate internal controls and design new processes for emerging business activities.
Develop and maintain procedural documentation for accounting operations.
Understand and execute balance sheet reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial reporting.
Produce internal management reporting and analysis.
Support external audit processes with timely and accurate information.
Minimum Requirements:
Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Working knowledge of US GAAP ASC 606 (or IFRS 15).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Experience working cross-functionally across departments and cultures.
Demonstrated experience with internal controls.
A proactive, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude and automation mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep technical expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
Knowledge of or experience in the technology or payments industry.
Experience with Oracle Suite and Salesforce.
Familiarity with Hubble and SQL.
Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, Python, Alteryx.
