• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution as needed

Candidate Profile:

• 0 to 5 years of experience in an international voice process or customer support role
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or global accent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and flexible work hours
• Quick learner with a customer-first mindset
