Group Manager - Marketing Procurement

We're seeking a dynamic Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive key initiatives within our Marketing procurement function. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end sourcing strategies across various Marketing sub-categories. You'll lead commercial negotiations, manage critical supplier relationships, and act as a central point for stakeholder engagement across global teams. Responsibilities

• Develop medium to long-term strategies for various Marketing sub-categories.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing strategies, including RFIs/RFPs processes and bid evaluations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract drafting.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk.
• Act as a key escalation point and support stakeholder engagement across levels and geographies.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing sub-categories including (agency negotiations, media planning, advertising, point-of-sale materials, displays).
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
