Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple software programs towards successful delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications and deadlines.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership in system design, development, and deployment, especially within the framework of V-cycle and SysML models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various software components and systems.
- Oversee and support the development of software in industrial environments, primarily in C++ or C#, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Analyze system requirements and design solutions that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Lead design and deployment methodology efforts, including V-cycle, SysML, and requirements management, to drive effective project execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving within the team to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence, and convince others in a matrix organization.
- Outstanding technical leader with a proven track record in managing multiple software programs towards successful delivery.
- Team player with prior experience working with European customers (preferable but not mandatory).

Technical Competencies & Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in system requirements, design, and deployment methods (V-cycle, SysML models, requirement analysis).
- Preferred background from Engineering Captive Units or signaling companies.
- Experienced in design and deployment methodology (V cycle, SysML, requirement management).
- Experienced in software development in industrial environments, most preferably in C++ or C#.
- Some knowledge of signaling systems (optional).
- Knowledge of network and network protocols (OPC, SOAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of technical elements linked to modern Railway Signaling (IP networks, embedded software, XML technology).
- Fluent in English.
- Autonomy and proactive attitude are key success factors for this job.
- Preferred background from Engineering Captive Units or signaling companies.
