Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary link between clients and the agency, maintaining strong and consistent communication.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Interact with clients regularly for strategic discussions and relationship building.
  • Handle client queries, provide strategic inputs, and negotiate effectively when required.

Strategic Planning & Campaign Development

  • Work with internal teams to conceptualize digital and communication campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients across platforms.
  • Provide inputs in campaign development, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.

Campaign Presentation & Execution

  • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and budgets to clients.
  • Present creative work and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns by facilitating effective communication across teams.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor internal teams working on accounts.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between creative, strategy, and media teams.
  • Drive collaboration to achieve high-quality campaign outcomes.
