Graphic Designer + Video Editor

• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Incorporate changes recommended by the stakeholder into the final design
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Should be able to format presentations as per brand guidelines
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software
• Candidates should possess strong creative and technical skills, including an eye for color, composition, and typography. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, marketing teams, and other designers. Additionally, they should be able to work independently, prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Video Editing:

• Collaborate with the producer and/or director to determine the desired outcome of the project
• Review raw footage and select the best shots to use in the final product
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
• Determine the appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to be used in the video
• Edit the video to ensure a smooth flow and appropriate pacing
• Add special effects, animations, or other enhancements as needed
• Ensure that the final product meets technical standards for broadcasting or online streaming
• Remain up-to-date with new editing technologies and techniques
