Location: Pune

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design (Interior / Real Estate / Architecture domain experience preferred)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Graphic Designer to support our corporate interior fit-out projects. The role involves creating high-quality visual presentations, branding assets, client pitch decks, space branding concepts, and digital creatives — with a strong focus on leveraging AI design tools for rapid ideation and concept development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Communication

• Develop professional presentation decks, proposals, mood boards, and project visuals for corporate interior design.
• Create signage graphics, wayfinding systems, and space branding assets tailored for office environments.
• Support Design & BD teams with client pitch visuals, theme boards, and concept imagery.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all project communication and deliverables.

AI-Assisted Design

• Use AI tools for fast concept generation, including:
• Theme ideation
• Color palette creation
• Layout and form inspiration
• Graphic art & mood board generation
• Translate AI-generated concepts into polished, professional artwork using Adobe tools.

Digital & Marketing Creatives

• Design social media creatives, website banners, reel thumbnails, and digital marketing materials.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate production files and high-quality output.

Project Support

• Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple deliverables efficiently within tight deadlines.

Required Technical Skills:

Core Design Software:

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Canva / Figma
• Understanding of print production & artwork setup

AI Tools (Mandatory):

Hands-on experience with:

• Midjourney / DALL·E
• Adobe Firefly
• ChatGPT for content and concept ideation
• Canva AI or any similar creative AI tools
• Ability to generate quick concepts and mood boards using AI

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Basic motion design (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Strong presentation design (PowerPoint pitch decks)
• Knowledge of materials, textures, finishes, and space branding elements in interiors

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design (Interior / Real Estate / Architecture domain experience preferred)
• Strong ability to translate briefs and sketches into meaningful visual concepts
• Strong typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and fast design turnaround capability
