Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Graphic Designer to support our corporate interior design projects through high-quality visual presentations, brand collaterals, client pitch decks, space branding concepts, and digital creatives — with an added focus on using AI tools for fast ideation and concept development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional presentation decks, proposals, mood boards, signage graphics, wayfinding visuals, and branding assets for corporate office interior projects.
• Support the Design & BD teams by creating client pitch-only visuals and concept theme boards.
• Develop 2D brand elements for office interiors such as wall graphics, vinyl concepts, murals, glass film layouts, and space branding inputs.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all project communications.
• Generate quick concept references using AI design tools for:
• Theme ideation
• Color palette suggestions
• Layout inspirations
• Graphic art & mood board creation
• Convert AI-generated ideas into final professional artwork using Adobe software.
• Create digital marketing creatives for social media, website, reels thumbnails, and website banners.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate print files and execution quality.
• Manage revisions efficiently as per management and client feedback.

Required Technical Skills

Core Design Software

Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Canva / Figma

Basic understanding of print & production artwork

AI Tools (Mandatory Skill)

Experience using tools like:

Midjourney / DALL·E

Adobe Firefly

ChatGPT for content & concepts

Canva AI or similar creative tools

Ability to use AI for fast concept ideation & mood board generation

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Basic motion design (After Effects / Premiere Pro)

Presentation design expertise (PowerPoint pitch decks)

Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, textures, and space branding elements

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication

2–5 years of experience in graphic design (Interior/Real estate/Architecture sector preferred)

Ability to convert design briefs and sketches into impactful graphic concepts

Strong typography sense and layout skills

Excellent attention to detail & fast turnaround capability

Soft Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills

Pro-active mindset with creative problem-solving

Ability to handle pressure & multiple deadlines

Comfortable working in collaborative design environments
