Communication Design: Design a range of communication materials including mailers, posters, calendars, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to produce high-quality designs and graphics.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand design requirements and objectives. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
Feedback & Revisions: Be open to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from stakeholders and team members.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Experience:

2 - 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and communication design.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.

Design Portfolio:

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous work in mailers, posters, calendars, and PPT design.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
