Job Description
What You ll Do
- Design captivating visuals for use across various touchpoints including social media, websites, digital marketing, email campaigns, and physical materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams marketing, product, and content to develop design solutions that support business objectives.
- Build and maintain brand-aligned templates and visual guidelines to ensure consistency in all communication.
- Lead creative storytelling for product rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments.
- Craft fun, playful, and parent-friendly assets that reflect the voice and values of the brand.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape the visual direction of campaigns.
- Keep a pulse on emerging trends in design, particularly within the realms of education, play, and lifestyle branding.
What You Bring
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally with a consumer-facing brand or creative agency.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Motion design knowledge (After Effects) is a bonus.
- A diverse and polished portfolio that includes work across branding, digital content, and product-related visuals.
- Familiarity with designing for various digital platforms including social media (Instagram, Meta), paid media, and video platforms.
- A strong sense for layout, typography, and color, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
