Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join the United for Business Marketing team. This role is for a creative designer and content creator who can develop and implement impactful design strategies, manage projects from concept to execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand storytelling.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy, Execution & Innovation: Develop and implement impactful design and content strategies that align with business goals. Create a variety of assets such as slides, flyers, banners, HTML, and videos. Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to elevate brand storytelling.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders (marketers, copywriters, designers) to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Performance & Optimization: Track creative performance and continuously refine strategies for better engagement.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a design-related field, such as Creative/Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Media Arts.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Adobe Firefly, After Effects).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
