Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

We are seeking a proactive Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join a team as an entry-level position for recent engineering graduates. This role is a launchpad into a specialized engineering stream, where you'll receive mentorship from senior engineers and undergo extensive training to develop your technical, analytical, and professional skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Project Participation: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of engineering projects under supervision. You'll perform basic engineering calculations, create diagrams, and document technical data.
• On-site Work: Support on-site work, including equipment testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
• Research and Reporting: Conduct research, compile reports, and present your findings to supervisors.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in workshops and training programs to enhance your technical and soft skills. You will also observe and apply health, safety, and quality standards in all assigned work.
• Collaboration: Establish professional working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and work effectively within a team to contribute to group problem-solving and decision-making.
