Test Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with test methodology and test processes, including requirements collection, test plan development, testing automation, and verification techniques.
Software Release Management: Solid understanding of Software Releases, Integration, and configuration management process/tools (e.g., Git, Make, CMake, MSBuild, JIRA, Perforce).
SDLC Familiarity: Familiarity with product software development/integration and release process/strategy.
Execution & Planning: Ability to plan and execute product software integration/testing and build/release activities.
Programming Skills: Good knowledge in programming using scripting languages like Python or Perl.
Tool & Automation Development: Strong knowledge in Tools/Automation development using C/C++, Python/Django, and Database technologies.
Communication: Effective communication skills at multiple levels and across various disciplines.
