Google Service Migration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Google Workspace migration initiatives, including Google Drive, Google Sites, and metadata migrations.
• Plan and manage large-scale migration projects for enterprise clients.
• Configure and manage Google IAM roles, permissions, and policies.
• Utilize GAM (Google Apps Manager) for migration and administration tasks.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline migration processes (PowerShell, Shell, Python preferred).
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate migration progress, risks, and resolutions effectively.
