Role description

Role Overview:
The Senior Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end management and
optimization of paid search campaigns, with a strong focus on leveraging SA360 & Google Ads
for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and automation. The ideal candidate will have
deep expertise in SEM, a proven track record of driving ROI, and hands-on experience with SA360 and Google Ads platforms, paired with the ability to turn reporting into meaningful,
actionable insights and to guide the team accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
 Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other search
platforms using SA360.
 Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value
audiences.
 Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement datadriven
optimizations to maximize KPIs.
 Develop and A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies, leveraging AIpowered
creative optimization tools.
 Generate comprehensive reports. Provide meaningful insights: translate performance
data into clear narratives that explain what changed, why it matters, and recommended
next steps.
 Own end-to-end campaign management, including bid strategy, creative optimization,
launches, and ongoing optimization.
 Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in SEM, paid advertising, and AI.
 Guides account optimization thinking and structures approach to performance
improvements.
 Helps interpret metrics and shapes insights into stakeholder-ready readouts.
 Coordinates across team members to align inputs, outputs, and timelines.
 Performs QA on builds, optimizations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and
consistency.
Skills and Experience
 10+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
 Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and SA360, with a strong track record of managing
and optimizing PPC campaigns.
 Experience with campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
 Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align team members to priority, manage expectations, handle escalations, and drive consensus.
 Strong communication and presentation abilities to clearly articulate campaign strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and business partners.
 Analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
 A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment,navigating multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
