Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer (Go / Golang) to design and develop scalable backend systems and enterprise applications. The role involves building custom software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and implementing modern development practices to deliver reliable and high-performing software platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Go programming, modern development frameworks, and cloud-native architecture while contributing to team leadership, mentoring, and architectural decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).
• Build custom software components across distributed systems and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and peer reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team capability development.
• Improve development workflows and engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across multiple services.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Go Programming Language (Golang)
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice To Have

• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Grafana or observability tools
• Exposure to microservices architectures
• Experience with containerized deployments
