GN - SONG - Service - Workforce Intelligence - Senior Manager

Summary:

As a Senior Manager within the Workforce Intelligence team, you will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement initiatives that drive workforce transformation using UKG platforms. You will act as a strategic advisor and solution architect, leading end-to-end UKG implementations and managing multiple transformation programs across geographies. Your role will involve delivery leadership, solution governance, client engagement, capability building, and pre-sales leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior UKG solution architect and delivery leader for UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and related platforms.
• Define and enforce best practices for UKG configuration, customization, and architecture.
• Lead the configuration and optimization of UKG Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management.
• Serve as a senior advisor during design sessions, requirement workshops, and demos.
• Manage multiple delivery workstreams ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation using analytics and automation to enhance workforce outcomes.
• Lead practice development initiatives including asset creation, research, and thought leadership.
• Own pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, solutioning, estimation, and client presentations.
• Mentor consultants and delivery managers, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to manage risks, align expectations, and ensure successful delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: UKG
• Strong expertise in UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, and UKG Analytics
• Experience managing high-paced UKG transformation programs across multiple industries
• Advanced business analysis and process redesign skills
• Deep understanding of UKG integration frameworks with internal/external systems
• Experience delivering at least 5+ workforce management transformation programs
• UKG certifications preferred (Dimensions, Pro, Analytics)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic thinking and a strong desire to learn and innovate

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with UKG platforms
• Location: Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai
• Management Level: Senior Manager (Level 6)
• 15 years of full-time education required
