HCLTECH Hiring for Support Lead- Global Trade Compliance (Supply Chain) US Shifts

Global Trade Compliance (GTC).

Location: Chennai

Shift: Full Night Shift (8:00 PM 6:00 AM IST)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global Trade Compliance (GTC) team

The ideal candidate will support product classification activities and ensure adherence to global customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Classify electrical products, software, and technology using the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).

• Apply GRI (General Rules of Interpretation) to perform accurate product classification.

• Basic understanding of ECCN for export compliance.

• Manage and respond to classification requests through SAP & email.

• Investigate classification discrepancies and prepare detailed justification documents for Customs authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.E. Electrical preferred).

• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components.

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Budget: 5 LPA Max
