Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is for a dynamic and experienced professional who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across global regions, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across global geographies.
• Source top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to global hiring managers and business leaders.
• Operate effectively within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
• Partner with HR and business teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Manage recruitment SLAs, pipeline reporting, and overall process hygiene.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function.

Skills Required

• Postgraduate or MBA (preferred).
• Proven experience in global talent acquisition, including sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and offer closure.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage international stakeholders across time zones.
• Strong process orientation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in the 12 PM - 9 PM IST shift to align with global teams.
