Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain frequent contact with customers to understand their needs, build trust, and foster a strong sense of partnership. Ensure all inquiries are complete and contain sufficient information for accurate quotations.

Quotation & Order Management

  • Enter customer inquiries into SAP and forward them to the GPSC team promptly. Review quotations for pricing accuracy and send them to customers immediately. Follow up on quotations in a timely manner, documenting all customer communications.

Order Processing & Follow-Up

  • Forward confirmed orders to GPSC and ensure prompt confirmation to customers. Track open questions on quotes and orders, transferring important information to GPSC/Sales. Take ownership to close orders and analyze reasons for unclosed orders, informing GPSC accordingly.

Problem Resolution & Communication

  • Address customer issues promptly by providing alternative solutions when problems arise. Keep customers informed of delivery details, including flight or trucking schedules and exact delivery locations.

Status Updates & Reporting

  • Stay in regular contact with customers to provide updates on the status of inquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
