Global Opportunity: Executive-Level Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls from international clients
• Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions professionally
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow standard operating procedures and call guidelines
• Maintain records of customer interactions

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO (international voice preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
