Job Description

Global Sales Leadership

• Lead inside sales operations across APAC, EMEA, and US regions

• Define and execute strategies to achieve revenue and pipeline targets

• Manage global quotas, forecasting, and revenue planning

Team Management & Development

• Build, mentor, and scale inside sales teams including managers and team leads

• Drive performance culture through regular reviews and coaching

• Develop leadership pipeline within the sales organization

Sales Operations & Strategy

• Establish standardized sales processes, playbooks, and best practices

• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement plans

• Ensure alignment with overall business and revenue strategy

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Field Sales, Product, and RevOps teams

• Ensure lead quality, pipeline efficiency, and higher conversion rates

CRM & Technology Adoption

• Drive adoption of CRM tools like Salesforce/HubSpot

• Leverage sales automation and analytics for data-driven decisions

Client & Governance Management

• Handle strategic and enterprise customer engagements

• Ensure compliance with global sales policies, pricing, and governance
