Global HRIS Integration Specialist
Job Description
• Build, maintain, and support HR technology integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Gather requirements for new integrations or modifications, and deliver solutions on agreed timelines.
• Monitor existing integration processes and resolve incidents or service requests.
• Assist in defining scope and estimates for new development work.
• Provide technical guidance on integration strategies and best practices.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM upgrades, assessing their impact on integrations and reports.
• Establish and maintain integration standards, protocols, and documentation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new integration components.
• Stay updated with Oracle and other vendor product updates and their impact on integrations.
• Ensure end-to-end automation of integration orchestrations and seamless data movement between HR applications and vendor systems.
