Job Description

Requirements / Qualifications 

• Excellent Communication (Handling US / UK client calls) with 5 to 6 years Of Experience.
• Good understanding on laptop/ desktop specs
• Software licensing
• Procurement domain knowledge
• Good L1 knowledge on Active Directory and Microsoft exchange server/O365 (AD account creation,
• Mailbox creation, Group Memberships, Mailbox Permissions)
• Knowledge on VPN and troubleshooting VPN related connectivity issues
• Windows 10, 11 , Microsoft outlook troubleshooting skills
• Basic network and system troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge on Remedy/ITSM Request system will be an added advantage
• Good to have finance experience to liaison with AP team for payments, receivables and credit receipt
• Willing to work in US Timezone
