Key Responsibilities
Sales Data Strategy & Governance
- Own the vision and strategy for the global sales data domain, aligning it with organizational goals.
- Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability across the global sales data landscape.
- Establish governance structures ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Embed governance into policies for data lifecycle management and regulatory adherence.
Data Architecture & Integration
- Define and implement an end-to-end architecture for the global sales data domain in collaboration with IT.
- Harmonize sales data models across business divisions and geographies.
- Enable seamless integration of sales data across applications such as CRM, ERP, CPQ, and sales enablement tools.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and refine the global sales data strategy accordingly.
Sales Data Operations & Quality
- Establish robust processes for creating and managing data products aligned with sales objectives.
- Define and monitor key data quality metrics, rules, and KPIs.
- Prioritize and drive investment in sales data initiatives that support business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in data management.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead and expand a global team of experts to drive data strategy and governance initiatives.
- Act as the liaison between Sales, IT, and corporate functions to align diverse business needs.
- Partner with country and regional sales organizations to design scalable data solutions.
- Represent the data domain in global transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery.
