Job Description
•Facilitate scheduling of meetings and ensure adherence to project timelines and release processes
•Ensure content team has complete briefs, research material, and clear deadlines during project initiation
•Manage end-to-end project workflow to ensure timely and flawless delivery
•Communicate proactively with stakeholders and content teams on project progress and timelines
•Track and report project status and timelines using workflow management tools
•Identify risks and proactively address delays or bottlenecks in project execution
•Ensure quality control by coordinating editing and proofreading processes
•Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
•Maintain accurate documentation and provide ad-hoc reports as required
•Continuously improve processes by adopting best practices and industry trends
