GEP Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for GEP SMART application including issue resolution and system maintenance
• Monitor and troubleshoot procurement and supply chain processes within the S2P lifecycle
• Analyze user issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and improve system performance
• Handle incident, problem, and change management using tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Perform configuration, testing, and enhancements within the GEP SMART platform
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability across procurement modules
• Support integrations and data flow between GEP and other enterprise systems
• Prepare documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides
