Genesis Development Leader/AVP

Role & responsibilities

• Exp - 12 - 20 yrs
• Need person who has experience on developing use cases on Genesis and other advanced feature of Genesis
• Candidate should have experience in Implementation of Genesis
• The candidate will be working on solutioning, and transformation project related to Genesis
• Team Mngt:- This will be an individual contributor role
• Location - Fungible across AO location
• Shift India Day Shift, but the candidate should be flexible to support clients/stake holders across the globe
• Domain – BPO, BPS and Contact Centre preferred
