Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, computer vision, or natural language processing.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid knowledge about Generative AI (LLM, SLM, ).
- Familiar with performance testing with open source SLMs (e.g. Phi-3).
- Knowledge about applying generative AI techniques and fine-tuning methods to improve model performance.
- Familiar with implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for sophisticated AI applications.
- Familiarity with multimodal models, foundation models, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of transformer architectures.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services for AI/ML (AWS).
- Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
