General Manager Technical & Manufacturing (Aerospace/Defense)

Technical Leadership

• Define and drive engineering and manufacturing strategy

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), product transitions, and industrialization

• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, IPC) and customer specifications

Manufacturing Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including process engineering, tooling, testing, and production

• Drive productivity, yield, cost, and delivery improvements using Lean and continuous improvement practices

Program & Customer Management

• Provide executive oversight for complex customer programs and technical deliverables

• Manage schedule, cost, and quality commitments

• Act as senior technical interface with customers and partners

Team & Organizational Leadership

• Lead and mentor engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams

• Build strong leadership pipelines and promote a culture of technical excellence
