Job Description

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Communication

  • Maintain and promote a collaborative team environment through effective and clear communication among co-workers. Encourage cross-training within the department to ensure comprehensive office coverage and high service standards.

Client Service & Engagement

  • Ensure the delivery of excellent client service by coordinating with the team and aligning efforts to meet client needs promptly and efficiently.

Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Collaborate with sales managers to understand sales strategies and ensure effective implementation within the segment. Support the management team in creating and executing a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and market opportunities.

Professional Conduct & Role Modeling

  • Set an example through professional and friendly behavior towards clients and colleagues. Respond timely to client and team needs and adhere to office standards consistently.

Revenue & Budget Management

  • Work proactively to ensure that the hotel meets or exceeds budgeted financial goals and revenue targets.
