• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to achieve customer experience, growth, and profitability goals across the commercial organization.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and P&L to ensure above-market growth and performance targets are met.
• Define and implement strategies for sales, service, application, and technical support functions to drive commercial success.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performance team through succession planning, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies, including funnel management and Kaizen practices.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and inform business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and proactively manage business risks.
