Job Description

Responsibilities:

Hotel Operations Management

  • Oversee all operational functions of the hotel according to the organizational structure. Lead and manage key property issues to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Financial Management & Profitability

  • Manage the ongoing profitability of the hotel, deliver budget goals, and ensure effective utilization of resources. Strong understanding of P&L statements is required to monitor financial performance.

Decision Making & Leadership

  • Act as the final decision maker for operational, financial, and managerial issues. Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
