Gen AI Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for intelligent knowledge-based applications
• Build and optimize LLM orchestration pipelines using LangChain or similar frameworks
• Develop scalable AI applications integrating vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering techniques
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of GenAI applications in production environments
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Llama, Claude, and other open-source models
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation strategies for continuous improvement
• Lead technical discussions, define architecture standards, and mentor engineering teams
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and related ecosystems
