Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy LLM / Generative AI applications including RAG, chat/assistants, copilots, content generation, summarization, and workflow automation.
• Work with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and OpenAI Assistants, including tool integrations.
• Implement AI solutions on cloud GenAI platforms like Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, including vector search.
• Design and implement safety, guardrails, and compliance measures: prompt-injection mitigation, PII redaction, and adherence to enterprise policies.
• Build copilots or enterprise assistants integrated with business systems (ticketing, CRM/ERP, data lakes, search).
• Implement routing, mixture-of-models, and cost-aware policy design for scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor and report operational metrics via dashboards/BI tools such as Power BI or Superset.
