Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms, models, and LLM-based pipelines.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, patterns, and trends to support business decisions.
• Programming & Engineering: Write production-quality Python code following standard software engineering best practices (version control, testing, documentation).
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify, understand, and solve business problems using AI and data-driven solutions.
• Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models and solutions into production systems.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and related technologies, and apply them to projects.
• Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design robust AI solutions and improve existing systems.
